The EU Foreign Affairs Council will convene in Luxembourg on 14 April. Finland’s representative in the meeting will be Foreign Minister Erkki Tuomioja.
The main topic of the meeting will be the situation in Ukraine. Other topics on the agenda will include Bosnia-Herzegovina and the EU policy after the mass protests in February; the political and security situation in Syria; and possibly Egypt and its political and human rights situation.
