Prime Minister Petteri Orpo and Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal will meet in Helsinki on Friday 18 October. This will be Shmyhal’s first visit to Finland as Prime Minister. The prime ministers’ discussions will focus on Ukraine’s needs and Finland’s support, Ukraine’s Euro-Atlantic integration and the implementation of the Ukrainian Peace Formula.

The conference was held in hybrid form and opened by Prime Minister of Finland Petteri Orpo and Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal. The conference was co-chaired by Minister of Climate and the Environment of Finland Kai Mykkänen and Minister of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine Svitlana Hrynchuk.
