The purpose of the proposed amendments to the Act on public contracts and the Act on public contracts in Special sectors is to take into account the objectives of the Government Programme of Prime Minister Petteri Orpo relating to the Act on public contracts. The changes will increase efficiency and cost savings in public procurement.
