Rapporteurs

The purpose of the investigation is to take stock of disputes related to collective agreements and their causes. Its purpose is also to present ways and mechanisms to facilitate the resolution of disputes, to prevent disturbances in industrial peace due to the disputes and to find solutions to emerging disputes that promote the functioning of the labour market. In addition, the rapporteurs will examine the mediation system for the disputes, especially in the case of disputes concerning the choice of collective agreements, and possibly propose measures to develop the existing mediation system.
