Ratification of the Agreement in Finland in accordance of the Government proposal and the termination of the existing investment promotion and protection agreement between Finland and Vietnam.

Starting points

The Agreement is mixed and requires ratification in the EU Member States. The Agreement mandates the termintation of existing bilateral investment protection agreements between EU member states and Vietnam.
