13.2.2025 | The EU will not ask the Member States to immediately start full operation of the Entry/Exit System (EES). The Commission has drafted a proposal for a regulation that would allow for a progressive start of the system that has been in preparation for a long time. 13.12.2022 | On 13 December 2022, the Ministry of Transport and Communications published a follow-up report that assesses the networks of recharging and refuelling stations for vehicles running on electricity, gas or hydrogen. It also includes an assessment of the take-up of electric and gas cars. According to the report, the targets set for 2020 have for the most part been achieved. The consultation period ran from 3 April to 19 May 2023. The memorandum provides a knowledge base for making decisions on the organisation of passenger rail traffic in the 2030s.
