Finnish collector coins contract concluded between Ministry of Finance and Nordic Moneta

The Ministry of Finance has concluded a contract with Oy Nordic Moneta Ab for the production and sales of Finnish commemorative coins and for the sales of Finnish coin series and special two-euro coins. The contract was awarded on the basis of a competitive tender.

The contract between the Ministry of Finance and Oy Nordic Moneta Ab will run from 20 December 2019 to 31 December 2022. The contract includes an extension option for 2023 and 2024.

During the contract period, Nordic Moneta will issue an announcement on its website of any Finnish collector coins placed on the market.

Constitution Act of Finland 1919 commemorative coin

Nordic Moneta will place on the market at most 90,000 pieces of the coin commemorating the Constitution Act of Finland in 1919. More information on sales is available on Nordic Moneta’s website.
