The two-day Silver Economy Forum starts in Helsinki on 9 July 2019 and brings together more than 600 experts and decision-makers to discuss the impacts and opportunities brought about by ageing. You can follow the forum live.
The main message of the forum is that ageing should be taken into account in all societal planning and decision-making, as well as in business strategies.
The Silver Economy Forum is one of the biggest events taking place during Finland's Presidency of the Council of the EU. You can follow it on Twitter: #SilverEconomy2019 and #EU2019FI.
The Forum is co-organised by the Finnish Ministry of Social Affairs and Health, the Ministry of Finance, the Bank of Finland, Finance Finland and the Global Coalition on Aging (GCOA).
