The service provides young people and immigrants information on their rights in working life at a low threshold. In addition to personal counselling on employment relationships, information is available online in several languages.
The counselling service provided by the Central Organisation of Finnish Trade Unions (SAK) is free of charge, and no membership in a trade union is required. The Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment has funded the development project for employment counselling.
