Finland to join NVO partnership programme within NATO Support and Procurement Agency

Minister of Defence Mikko Savola has authorised the Defence Forces to sign a cooperation agreement with the NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) to join the NVO (Night Vision and Optoelectronics) partnership programme.

The NVO partnership programme opens NATO’s joint procurement of military optronics for Finland.

It is hoped that the partnership will create both sales and marketing channels for Finnish industry in other NSPA partner countries and opportunities for equipment manufacturing and maintenance business in Finland.
