The Customs Laboratory received many responses to its customer satisfaction survey

During the summer, the Customs Laboratory conducted a customer survey of those who have been customers of the Customs Laboratory in 2020 and 2021. The number of respondents was 137. Thank you to all respondents! 

The processing of the survey results has started, and we will use them to improve our customer processes. We will provide more information about the results and actions later.
