Comments published on government decree on Advisory Board on Export Controls

The Ministry for Foreign Affairs requested comments on a government decree on the Advisory Board on Export Controls. A summary of the comments and the comments themselves are available in the Gateway to Information on Government Projects.
No changes will be proposed to the draft decree based on the comments. They welcomed the decree and suggested no significant changes to its content.
The decree would lay down provisions on the duties, composition and appointment of the advisory board. It would be issued under the forthcoming act on the control of exports of dual-use items, which is due to enter into force in autumn 2024.
