The Government issued a decree on an advisory board on export control on 29 August. The decree was issued under the Act on the Control of Exports of Dual-Use Goods. The new act on the export of dual-use items enters into force on 15 September 2024.
The government decree lays down provisions on the duties, composition and appointment of the advisory board to supplement the Act on the Export Control of Dual-Use Goods.
The provisions of the decree largely correspond with the repealed government decree on an advisory board on export control (297/2011).
The decree will enter into force on 15 September 2024.
