Ilkka Kaukoranta appointed Special Adviser to the Prime Minister in Economic Affairs

Prime Minister Sanna Marin has invited Ilkka Toivonen, MSocSc, to serve as her Special Adviser. As Special Adviser, Kaukoranta will be responsible for matters related to economic affairs. He will take up his duties on 5 September.
Kaukoranta comes to his position from the Central Organisation for Finnish Trade Unions SAK, where he has worked as an economist since 2010 and as Chief Economist since 2017.
