President and Ministerial Committee on Foreign and Security Policy discuss NATO issues and Russia’s invasion of Ukraine

In their meeting on Tuesday 20 December, the President of the Republic and the Ministerial Committee on Foreign and Security Policy discussed topical NATO issues, key questions related to NATO membership and the progress of Finland’s NATO membership process.

The President and the Ministerial Committee also discussed matters related to Russia and its war of aggression in Ukraine.
