14.5.2026 | On 14 May, 41 OSCE participating States, including Finland, invoked the Moscow Mechanism to investigate Russia’s indoctrination and militarisation of Ukrainian children. We will develop the operating conditions of CSOs in cross-administrative cooperation. The implementation of the strategy includes legislative projects, studies and reports and other development measures. On 12 September 2018, the Commission proposed to end seasonal clock changes in Europe in 2019. According to the Commission's proposal, Member States will decide whether they want to maintain permanent winter- or summer-time. Clocks are changed in all EU Member States at the same time on the same date. 18.12.2025 | The international results of the OECD Teaching and Learning International Survey (TALIS) 2024 were published earlier this autumn. They have now been supplemented with Finland’s national results.
