The vision represents Finland’s pledge for the future of higher education and research and is based on the current strengths and policies of the higher education system.   18. 23.3.2023 | Education sector representatives from the Asian Development Bank and from Bangladesh, Nepal, the Philippines, Sri Lanka and Uzbekistan are visiting Finland from 22 to 24 March 2023.
