Minister for European Affairs Tytti Tuppurainen has appointed Master of Political Science Matti Niemi as her Special Adviser. Before this, Matti Niemi has served Member of the European Parliament Mia-Petra Kumpula-Natri as an adviser in industrial, research and energy policy matters.
He has also worked as Special Adviser to Antti Rinne and Jutta Urpilainen at the Ministry of Finance and as lobbying consultant. He holds the degree of Master of Political Science.
