  11. Companies and municipalities reduce annual energy consumption by 15 TWh - Finnish Government

    1.10.2024 | In 2017–2023 companies, municipalities and joint municipal authorities that had joined the energy efficiency agreements took a total of 27,000 measures through which they have improved the efficiency of their annual energy consumption by about 14.8 TWh.   16. Call for applications for competitive bidding process for biogenic carbon capture projects open until 31 March - Finnish Government

    12.1.2026 | In order to promote the capture of biogenic carbon dioxide, the Government has decided to grant investment aid totalling EUR 90 million for the construction of capture capacity. The Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment has now launched a call for applications for the competitive bidding process for the investment aid.
