Tiina Ahva appointed as a Special Adviser to Minister Lindström

Minister of Labour Jari Lindström has appointed B.SC (Tech.) Tiina Ahva (23) as a Special Adviser to the Minister. She will replace M.Sc. (B.A.) Juha Halttunen, who will become one of the directors of the advocacy agency Blic. Ahva will start in her post on 15 January 2019. Jami Arvola will continue as Special Adviser to Minister Lindström.

Before this Tiina Ahva worked in the Blue Reform Parliamentary Group as Parliamentary Assistant to the group’s chair Simon Elo, Minister of Defence Jussi Niinistö and Minister for European Affairs, Culture and Sports Sampo Terho.

Tiina Ahva is also the chair of the Blue Reform Youth and third vice-chair of the Blue Reform. Born in Tampere, Ahva holds the Bachelor of Science in Technology degree and she studies in the Master’s programme at the Aalto University.
