Temporary protection for Ukrainians fleeing the war has been extended until 4 March 2026. The Council of the European Union made a decision regarding the extension on 25 June 2024.

Current residence permits issued on the basis of temporary protection are valid until 4 March 2025. We will make further instructions and information regarding the extension of permits available as soon as possible.
