EU Foreign Affairs Council convenes in Luxembourg

The EU Foreign Affairs Council will convene in Luxembourg on 23 June. Finland’s representative in the meeting will be Foreign Minister Erkki Tuomioja.

The main topic of the meeting will be the situation in Ukraine. The Ministers will also discuss the EU’s Southern Neighbourhood and especially the developments in Libya and Syria. The situation in Iraq will also be on the Council’s agenda.
