NATO Secretary General Stoltenberg to Finland

The Secretary General of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation NATO, Jens Stoltenberg, will visit Finland on 4-5 March on the invitation of Prime Minister Alexander Stubb. In their meeting, Prime Minister Stubb and Secretary General Stoltenberg will discuss partnership cooperation between Finland and NATO, the situation in Ukraine and cooperation between the EU and NATO.

The press conference by the Prime Minister and the Secretary General will be broadcast live on Thursday 5 March at 14.00 at vn.fi/live.

During his visit in Finland, Secretary General Stoltenberg will also have meetings with Minister for Foreign Affairs Erkki Tuomioja, Minister of Defence Carl Haglund and Speaker of Parliament Eero Heinäluoma together with representatives of the Parliamentary Defence Committee.
