Sami Paatero appointed State Secretary to Minister Risikko

Mr Paatero leaves his tasks as Secretary General of the National Coalition Party Parliamentary Group to take up his position as Minister Risikko's State Secretary.

He has previously served as Special Adviser to the Minister of Communications (2009) and the Minister of the Interior (2007-2009). Mr Paatero has also worked at the Ministry of Transport and Communications, Ministry of Defence and the Ministry for Foreign Affairs.
