President of the European Commission Barroso to Helsinki
The President of the European Commission, José Manuel Barroso, will meet Prime Minister Jyrki Katainen in Helsinki on Saturday 31 March. Discussions will focus on key EU issues such as growth and employment – including the digital internal market – the stability of the euro, and the Union's financial framework, that is, the EU’s budget for 2012–2020.
President Barroso will also meet President of the Republic Sauli Niinistö.
