Marko Hyvärinen appointed as Senior Financial Adviser in state ownership steering

Marko Hyvärinen, 46, Master of Science (Technology), Master of Science (Economics and Business Administration), has been appointed as Senior Financial Adviser for the Government Ownership Steering Department of the Prime Minister's Office as of 15 May.

Mr Hyvärinen's duties will include responsibility for the ownership strategy in portfolio companies, development of the analysis function and participation in corporate reorganisation projects. Hyvärinen will transfer to the Prime Minister's Office from the position of Head of Finance and Administration of FIM Corporation. He has broad-based experience in various duties in the finance sector.
