18.2.2022 | Enligt en utredning som Polisyrkeshögskolan gjort tar sig bekämpningen av korruption och penningtvätt fortfarande ganska olika former, även om fenomenen är klart kopplade till varandra. Skillnaderna i bekämpningen av korruption märktes förutom mellan de nordiska länderna också mellan olika myndigheter och företag. Enhetligare praxis och effektiva verktyg hjälper till att utveckla en trygg verksamhetsmiljö såväl nationellt som internationellt.

8.2.2022 | En forskargrupp vid Lapplands universitet utredde hur bestämmelser om mutbrott som gäller mutande av utländska tjänstemän har tillämpats i rättspraxis. Utredningen visar att den rättsliga behandlingen av fall av mutbrott i samband med internationell affärsverksamhet är förknippad med olika utmaningar som hänför sig till strafflagstiftningens omfattning, formuleringen av bestämmelser, tillgången till bevis och beviströskeln.
