20.2.2024 | Genom EU:s nya F-gasförordning minskas utsläppen av starkt klimatpåverkande fluorerade växthusgaser (F-gaser) betydligt. Förordningen träder i kraft den 11 mars 2024. EU:s förordningar är bindande rättsakter som alla medlemsstater måste tillämpa i sin helhet. Bestämmelser om genomförandet av F-gasförordningen i Finland utfärdas genom nationell lagstiftning.

11.3.2020 | Social- och hälsovårdsministeriet har gett kommunerna, tillsynsenheterna för miljö- och hälsoskyddet, regionförvaltningsverken och Tillstånds- och tillsynsverket för social- och hälsovården (Valvira) anvisningar om hur man ska förbereda sig för coronaviruset. Syftet med denna anvisning är att säkerställa hälsoskyddsmyndigheternas beredskap på coro-naviruset i hela landet.

The seminar brings together leading figures in the work for the benefit of the environment to honour the visit of Inger Andersen, Executive Director of UNEP. Director General of the International Union for Conservation of Nature Bruno Oberle will be visiting Finland on the same day.

31.5.2022 | The high-level UN meeting Stockholm+50 will be held in Stockholm, Sweden on 2–3 June 2022. The meeting will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the first UN conference on the environment, assess the environmental actions taken in the past 50 years and present concrete recommendations to improve the state of the environment.
