“People are understandably concerned about the coronavirus. However, there is no need to buy and store excessive amounts of food,” says Minister of Employment Tuula Haatainen in her blog post.
Minister Haatainen has discussed the supply of daily consumer goods with the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment and the senior public officials of the National Emergency Supply Agency.
The National Emergency Supply Agency (NESA) is an organisation working under the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment. It is tasked with planning and measures related to developing and maintaining security of supply.
