Digitaliseringsbyrån är en permanent samarbetsgrupp inom området för digitalisering, dataekonomi och informationspolitik. Digitaliseringsbyrån är sekretariat för ministerarbetsgruppen för samhällsförnyelse i fråga om dataekonomi och digitalisering. Digitaliseringsbyrån är också kontaktpunkt i digitala ärenden.

Digitoimisto on digitalisaation, datatalouden ja tietopolitiikan alueen pysyvä yhteistyöryhmä. Digitoimisto toimii yhteiskunnan uudistamisen ministerityöryhmän sihteeristönä datatalouden ja digitalisaation osalta. Digitoimisto toimii myös yhteyspisteenä digiasioissa.

13.1.2021 | Finansministeriet begärde den 7 december utlåtanden om mervärdesbeskattningen av näthandel. Reformen innebär bland annat att små e-handelsköp från länder utanför EU omfattas av mervärdesskatten.

7.2.2020 | Justitieministeriet har tillsatt en arbetsgrupp för beredningen av det nationella genomförandet av direktivet om digitalt innehåll och digitala tjänster samt direktivet om vissa aspekter på avtal om försäljning av varor. Avsikten med direktiven är att underlätta köp och försäljning av varor samt digitalt innehåll och digitala tjänster på webben inom EU.

25.2.2021 | Enligt propositionen ska skattefriheten vid import av mindre inköp på webben slopas. Mervärdesskatt ska i fortsättningen betalas också vid import av varuförsändelser på högst 22 euro från ett land utanför EU. Ändringar föreslås också i distansförsäljningen inom EU. Regeringens proposition ska dessutom minska företagens administrativa börda vid mervärdesbeskattningen.

28.5.2020 | Reformeringen av mervärdesbeskattningen av e-handel (det s.k. momspaketet) skjuts upp med sex månader på grund av coronakrisen.

30.12.2020 | Republikens president har stadfäst den nya foderlag som träder i kraft vid ingången av 2021. Genom lagen har man i foderlagstiftningen fört in de ändringar som EU-lagstiftningen och de nationella behoven förutsätter. Revideringen bidrar till att minimera den administrativa bördan för aktörerna utan att äventyra en hög fodersäkerhetsnivå. Den reviderade lagen innehåller också bestämmelser om nya verktyg för tillsynen.

11.2.2022 | The new EU regional and structural policy programming period will further accelerate the development of urban innovation ecosystems and launch national innovation and skills network activity. On 10 February 2022, the Government allocated a total of approximately EUR 21.6 million of Innovation and Skills in Finland programme funding for the implementation of ecosystem agreements and approximately EUR 6.9 million for the launch of a national innovation and skills network in 2022.

The term of the working group will be from 1 November 2019 to 30 November 2020. The aim is to form a common view on the climate and environmental impacts of the sector in Finland and recommend measures to control them.
