Seminar on Finland-Estonia relations postponed
The high-level seminar on developing relations and opportunities for cooperation between Finland and Estonia, which was set to take place in Helsinki on Wednesday 8 June, has been postponed due to the dissolution of the Estonian government. The scheduled meeting between in connection with the seminar will also be postponed.
The seminar will be rescheduled for some time in the autumn. The idea is to organise the seminar so that several ministers from both countries can attend. The seminar will focus on developing relations between Finland and Estonia based on a report submitted to the prime ministers in March. The report gives recommendations for cooperation around four key themes: digital leadership, vibrant economies, the green future and extended cultural and educational cooperation. The seminar will also focus on these themes.
