Up-to-date information on the ongoing closure of restaurants

The Government proposal to continue the closure of restaurants until 18 April will be discussed in Parliament with the intention that the Act could be adopted on Sunday 28 March 2021.

At the same time, a decree will lay down the areas in which restaurants must be closed to customers. The Government proposal includes a draft decree laying down those regions where restaurants must be closed to customers. However, the decision on the areas will be made on the basis of the most up-to-date assessment of the epidemic situation and the decree may still be amended. 

The Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment will provide more information on the matter as soon as the decision has been made.
